Claudia Felser received her M.A. (1992) and Ph.D. (1995) from the University of Göttingen and subsequently worked at the University of Essex (UK) as a Lecturer. In 2011, she joined the University of Potsdam in Germany as a Senior Researcher and the Co-Director of the Potsdam Research Institute for Multilingualism. She has worked on a variety of syntactic phenomena, including infinitival complementation, anaphor resolution, non-canonical word order phenomena, island constraints, and agreement phenomena. Her current research focuses on grammatical processing in mono- and multilingual adults and on experimental syntax.
