Prof. Defang Chen is an Associate Professor at the Department
of Aquaculture, College of Animal Science and Technology, Sichuan
Agricultural University. She completed her PhD studies as a Basic Veterinary Surgeon
at Sichuan Agricultural University in 2011. She was in charge of the key
project of the Open Fund of the Key Laboratory of Fishery Drug Creation of the
Ministry of Agriculture—Research on the Immunoprotective Effect of
Streptococcus dolphinis FBA Protein as a Subunit Vaccine. Her research interests
include aquatic animal diseases and healthy aquaculture.
Prof. Zhiqiong Li is a Professor
at the Department of Aquaculture, College of Animal Science and Technology,
Sichuan Agricultural University. She completed her PhD studies at Sichuan
Agricultural University in 2007. In 2020, she led the project “The Role of Lipocalin in Regulating the Feeding of Siberian Sturgeon”. Her
research focuses on the molecular mechanisms underlying the nutritional
requirements of fish, especially feeding, lipid metabolism and immune
regulation.
