Dr. Irene Bottillo is currently a researcher at the Sapienza University of Rome and a biological executive at the Laboratory of Medical Genetics, San Camillo Hospital. She received a degree in biology at the Sapienza University of Rome in July 2004 and was awarded a Ph.D. in 2009. Furthermore, she received a medical genetics specialization in 2014. Her research interests include molecular medicine, medical genetics, rare disorders, and cancer genetics.
