Author Biographies

Elena Soriano-Molina is a predoctoral researcher at the University of Murcia, working in the Department of Personality, Assessment and Psychological Treatment. Her current role is supported by a full-time funded contract. She is a graduate in psychology (2020) and holds a master's degree in general health psychology (2022). Her research on the mental health effects of Internet addiction among adolescents has recently been published, reflecting her interest in the intersections between psychological health, technology, and social factors. She attended and had the opportunity to deliver lectures and workshops at the Summer School on Health Inequalities (University of Birmingham). She also presented multiple papers at the Ibero-American Association for the Investigation of Individual Differences conference. She is currently involved in projects such as the design and validation of a questionnaire to measure traditional gender norms and the evaluation of psycho-pedagogical approaches at the European School of Alicante.
