Heecheol Shim earned his Ph.D. in Real Estate from Kongju National University in 2022. After working as a researcher at the Chungnam Institute, an analyst at the Korea Research Institute for Local Administration, and a specialist at the Chungbuk Research Institute, he is now a professor in the Department of Real Estate at Kongju National University. His main research topics include local finance, investment review, feasibility studies, and economic analysis.
