Prof. Yong Chang Li received a BS from Anshan Iron and Steel Institute in 1999 and an MS from Xinjiang University in 2002. He has presided over several national and provincial projects in China and published more than 40 papers and patents. His research interests include machine vision, robotics, and artificial intelligence.
