Dr Stefanie Vaccher is an epidemiologist and Senior Research Fellow at the Burnet Institute, Australia, where she leads the Immunisation and Health Systems Strengthening team. Her work focuses on using human-centred and data-driven approaches to identify and reach zero-dose and under-immunised children and other marginalised populations, especially in the Asia-Pacific region. Her PhD, from the Kirby Institute, was on the HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) roll-out, with a focus on adherence and behaviour.
