Author Biographies

Jiacheng Lyu is currently a senior high school student in the High School affiliated to Liaoning Normal University. In 2024, Lyu won the Academic Excellence award at the Oxford Global Summit for Young Leaders and the prize of the ShingTung Yau High School Science Award, and took part in the National Scientific and Technological Innovation Talent Training Program. His research interests include imbalanced learning and deep learning.
Jie Yang received a B.S. degree in computational mathematics from Shanxi University, Taiyuan, Shanxi, China, in 2001, and a Ph.D. degree in 2006 from the Department of Applied Mathematics, Dalian University of Technology, Dalian, Liaoning, China. At present, she is an associate professor of the School of Mathematical Sciences, Dalian University of Technology. Her research interests include imbalanced learning, neural networks, and fuzzy sets and systems.
Zhixun Su received a B.S. degree in mathematics from Jilin University, Changchun, China, in 1987; an M.S. degree in computer science from Nankai University, Tianjin, China, in 1990; and a Ph.D. degree in computational mathematics from the Dalian University of Technology, Dalian, China, in 1993. He has been a Professor in the School of Mathematical Sciences, Dalian University of Technology, since 1999. He is currently the director of the Key Laboratory for Computational Mathematics and Data Intelligence of Liaoning Province and the vice director of the Liaoning Center for Applied Mathematics. His current research interests include computer graphics, computer vision, computational geometry, and machine learning.
Zilu Zhu received a B.S. degree in information and computing science from the Dalian University of Technology, Dalian, China, in 2024 and is currently working toward an M.S. degree in information and computing science with the Dalian University of Technology, Dalian, China. His research interests include deep learning, spiking neural networks, and intelligent computing.
