Prof. Amalia E. Maulana, Ph.D. is a Professor of Marketing at BINUS Business School, BINUS University, and also a faculty member at IPMI International Business School. Her academic journey started with a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology from FATETA-IPB in 1985, launching her career in multinational dairy companies. Exposure to marketing and business aspects sparked her interest, leading to formal education in those fields. In 1995, she earned an MM degree from IPMI International Business School and an MBA from Monash/Mt Eliza Business School, Australia. Continuing her academic pursuits, she began Ph.D. studies at UNSW School of Marketing, Australia, in 2001. Finally, in 2023, she was appointed Professor of Marketing at BINUS University. Amalia's expertise encompasses branding strategies, digital branding, consumer behavior, ethnographic approaches, and qualitative methods in marketing. She's also proficient in contemporary marketing topics like omnichannel marketing and personal branding. Her publications appear in international journals, conferences, and books on branding, marketing ethnography, consumer insights, and qualitative research methods. Amalia has earned several awards, most notably the Best Paper Award at the 9th International Conference on Business, Accounting, Finance, and Economics, the Best Presenter Award at the Brawijaya International Conference on Economics, Business, and Finance, and the Community Service Award from BINUS University.
Viany Utami Tjhin earned her bachelor's degree in information systems from BINUS University (Indonesia) in 1998 and completed her master's degree in management in 2001. In 2002, she obtained her master's in Commerce and Information Systems from Curtin University of Technology (Australia). She graduated with a Ph.D. in the Doctoral of Research Management (DRM) Program at BINUS University in 2018. With 25 years of experience as a faculty member in the Information Systems Department, she has served as the Deputy Campus Director of Kemanggisan Campus at BINUS University since October 2023. She has published over 65 papers in Scopus-indexed journals and proceedings, with research interests in digital business, e-commerce, consumer behavior, e-learning, and information systems.
Dr. Yosef Dedy Pradipto has been a specialist lecturer at BINUS University's Psychology Department since February 2012. He holds multiple degrees, including a Ph.D. in Anthropology of Education from Universitas Indonesia and Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Universitas Persada, YAI. His research interests focus on Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Indigenous Psychology, and Anthropology. He has published several notable books on cross-cultural and indigenous psychology. Dr. Pradipto's current research explores digital transformation's impact on organizational behavior and integrating indigenous psychological practices in modern contexts. He is a member of professional societies like HIMPSI and IACCP and has received awards such as the Outstanding Research Award from BINUS University. His work significantly contributes to understanding organizational behavior, leadership, and cultural relations.
