Khalil ABBAL obtained his Engineering degree in hydraulic engineering from the Hassania School of Public Works (EHTP) in Casa Blanca in 2010 and obtained a specialized master's in drinking water and sanitation from the National School for Water and Environmental Engineering of Strasbourg (ENGEES) in 2011. He served as a hydraulic engineer at the Ministry of Interior of Morocco from 2012. Since 2018, he has been preparing for his PhD at the National School of Computer Science and Systems Analysis (ENSIAS) in Rabat. The author has published five articles in international journals and conferences. Mohammed EL AMRANI obtained his engineering degree in Computer Science from the National School of Computer Science and Systems Analysis (ENSIAS) in Rabat in 2012, and his PhD in Computer Science from Mohammed V University in Rabat (UM5R) in 2019. He served as a Local IT Manager at the Ministry of Interior of Morocco from 2013 to 2021. Since 2021, he has been a Professor Lecturer at Mohammed V University in Rabat (UM5R), in the Faculty of Sciences (the Computer Science department). That same year, he also became a member of the research structure ANISSE. He is responsible for several teaching modules in the same faculty. The author has published more than 11 articles in international journals and conferences, as well as three book chapters. His research interests include applications of Artificial Intelligence, Operations Research, particularly focusing on combinatorial optimization problems. Dr. Oussama Aoun, Senior Lecturer in Computer Science, specializes in metaheuristic optimization, machine learning, and distributed systems. He holds a PhD from the National School of Computer Science and Systems Analysis (ENSIAS) and has extensive experience in IT development and project management within organizations like the Ministry of Agriculture and BMCE Bank Group. Dr. Aoun has authored numerous publications on topics such as hidden Markov models and swarm optimization. He actively teaches advanced computer science courses and contributes to international research through conferences and collaborations.

Youssef Benadada received B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Mathematics from the Mathematics Department at Montreal University, Montreal, Canada, in 1984 and 1986, respectively, and a Ph.D. degree in Computer Sciences and Operations Research from DIRO, Montreal University, Montreal, Canada, in 1989. He was a professor of Operations Research from 1989 to 2003 at Abdelmalek Essaadi University. Since 2003, he has been a Professor at ENSIAS, Mohammed V University in Rabat, Morocco. Currently, he is the Acting Director of the Intelligent Systems Laboratory (SSLab). His research interests include Operations Research, combinatorial optimization problems, transport and distribution problems, evolutionary and heuristic optimization techniques, etc. He has authored and co-authored more than 50 refereed journals and international conference papers, two book chapters, and one edited book.
