Shen Liang received his B.S. degree in Information
and Computing Sciences from Dalian University of Technology in 2008, and a
Master’s degree in Systems Engineering from Jiangsu Automation Research
Institute in 2011. He has been pursuing a doctoral degree at the Beijing
Institute of Technology since 2019. He worked as a researcher at the Jiangsu
Automation Research Institute (2011–present). In 2019, he moved to the Beijing
Institute of Technology to pursue his doctoral studies while continuing his
position at the Jiangsu Automation Research Institute. His research topics mainly
include maneuvering target tracking, signal processing, and applications.
