Since 2020, Xin Wen has been an associate professor at the College of
Food Science and Nutritional Engineering, China Agricultural University,
Beijing, China. She completed her bachelor’s studies in food science
and engineering at Tianjin University of Science and Technology in 2012,
and earned her Ph.D. in processing and storage
of agricultural products at China Agricultural University in
2018. She leads the 8th Chinese Association for Science and Technology “Young
Elite Scientists Sponsorship Program” project (2022–2024). Her research areas
include natural product extraction and functional food development; fruit and
vegetable processing theory and technology; and new sustainable food processing
technology.
