Karthikkumar Venkatachalam received his BS and MS degrees in Biochemistry from Bharathiar University, India, in 2001 and 2005, respectively. He completed his PhD in Biochemistry at Annamalai University, India, in 2014. He is currently a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. Prior to this, he was a Postdoctoral Fellow at United Arab Emirates University from 2017 to 2022. His primary research focuses on the chemoprevention of colon cancer.
