He Dong received the B.S. degree in communication engineering from Harbin Engineering University, Harbin, China, in 2019, and the M.S. degree in electronic and information engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, China, in 2021. Baoguo Yu received the B.S. degree in electronic engineering from National University of Defense Technology, Changsha, China, in 1988, and the M.S. degree in communication engineering from Yanshan University, Qinhuangdao, China, in 1994. He is currently the chief scientist of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation and the deputy chief engineer of the 54th Research Institute.
