Ahmed Rezeg is a PhD
student in the Department of Geomatics at Laval University in Quebec, Canada.
He is also a member of the Center for Geospatial Data and Intelligence Research
and the Planning and Development Research Center. Ahmed's research focuses on
the role of spatial concepts, particularly the "sense of place" in
fostering citizen and community engagement in climate action. Ahmed is an
architect and urban planner; he holds a Master's Degree in Architecture and Regional
Planning and Development. During his urban studies, he worked on a project to
integrate the Laval University campus into its surrounding city. Ahmed has
undertaken various architectural and urban design projects in his professional
career.
