Prof. Ying Zhang is the Lecturer at the Institute of Physics
and Electronic Information, Yunnan Normal University. She completed her PhD
studies in Optical Engineering at Tianjin University, and received her MS in
Specializing in Condensed Matter from Yunnan Normal University in 2014, and her
BS in Physics from the Shandong Normal University. Her works have been
published in authoritative international academic journals. Her research
interests include Terahertz Isoexciton Functional Devices, and Terahertz time-domain
spectroscopy systems.
Prof. Jiaguang Han received a B.S. in material physics from
Beijing Normal University in 2000. He received a Ph.D. in applied physics from
the Shanghai Institute of Applied Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2006.
From 2006 to 2007, he was a Postdoctoral Researcher in the School of Electrical
and Computer Engineering, Oklahoma State University, Stillwater. In 2007, he
joined the Department of Physics, National University of Singapore, Singapore,
where he was a Lee Kuan Yew Research Fellow. Currently, he is a Professor in
the College of Precision Instruments and Optoelectronics Engineering, and a
member of the Center for Terahertz Waves, Tianjin University. He is a program
member of the International Conference on Infrared, Millimeter Wave, and
Terahertz. He is a recipient of the National Outstanding Youth Fund and
Excellent Youth Science Fund and a Young Changjiang Scholar of the Ministry of
Education. His research interests include surface plasmon polaritons,
metamaterials, and material studies in the terahertz regime.
