Minju Kim is an associate professor at Hankyong National University in South Korea. He received his Ph.D. in monogastric animal nutrition from Kangwon National University in 2019. His doctoral research focused on enhancing trace mineral bioavailability through processing methods in poultry and swine. Following his doctoral studies, he served as a postdoctoral fellow at the Queensland Alliance for Agriculture and Food Innovation at the University of Queensland. His primary research interests include developing nutritional strategies to improve gut health, welfare, and behavior, ultimately enhancing productivity in poultry and swine.
