Author Biographies

Zbigniew Piotrowski is a professor at the Military University of Technology and the leader of a research group at the Institute of Communication Systems within the Faculty of Electronics at MUT. He serves as an expert in the Committee on Electronics and Telecommunications of the Polish Academy of Sciences. He completed a PostDoc research fellowship at University College London in 2008. He is a graduate of the Stanford Center for Professional Development at Stanford University as part of a grant awarded in the Top 500 Innovators program in 2013. Additionally, he completed postgraduate studies on the applications of Artificial Intelligence at Kozminski University in Warsaw in 2024. His research interests include the application of artificial intelligence in autonomous systems, radiocommunication systems, and multimedia. He conducts lectures and laboratory classes on the following subjects: Signal Analysis, Data Hiding Techniques, Acoustic Signal Processing, and Teamwork Tools.
Marta Bistroń was born in Warsaw, Poland in 1994. She received the B.Sc. degree and M.Sc. degree in energetics from the Military University of Technology, Warsaw, in 2018. In 2019, she began doctoral studies at the MUT in the discipline of Automation, Electronics and Electrical Engineering. Her research interests include digital signal processing, computer vision and different aspects of artificial intelligence, especially using deep neural networks in classification, identification and pattern recognition problems.
Gabriel Jekateryńczuk was born in Białystok, Poland in 1998. He received the B.Sc. degree in electronics on ICT systems specialization at the Military University of Technology, Warsaw, in 2021. The same year, he started a Master’s degree in the same field of study. His research involves programming web and mobile applications.

Dymitr Pietrow was born in Gubin, Poland, in 1992. He received an M.Sc. degree in electronics from the Military University of Technology, Warsaw, in 2017. In 2019, he started working as a research and teaching assistant at MUT. His research interests mainly include deep neural networks, programming, and image and signal processing.
