Jung Kyu Park is a mixed-development planner who has specialized in real estate development, investment, and mixed-use projects for more than 35 years. He earned a Bachelor's Degree in Inorganic Materials Engineering from Hanyang University's College of Engineering and an MBA in Finance from Korea University's Graduate School of Business. He obtained a Ph.D degree from the Department of Architectural Engineering, College of Engineering, Kyung Hee University, on February 19, 2025. He was also appointed as an adjunct professor at Kyung Hee University on March 1, 2025. He has published several papers in academic and industry journals, focusing on real estate finance, construction engineering, and project management. He also served as President of the Korea Franchise Association and contributes to various research initiatives and professional societies in the fields of urban development and financial modeling as an expert in Active Assisted Living at the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) and as a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). His teaching areas include real estate development, project financing, urban planning, and investment strategy. His research interests focus on smart city development, digital construction technology, STO-PF, and sustainable urban investment models.
