Dr. Bojana Kalenjuk Pivarski is an associate professor and the chair of gastronomy at the Department of Geography, Tourism, and Hotel Management, Faculty of Sciences, University of Novi Sad. She received a doctoral degree in tourism gastronomy from the University of Novi Sad in 2014. She received her doctorate on the topic of gastronomic tourism. As a researcher, she has been engaged in several scientific and research projects concerning food in agriculture and gastronomy. She has presented her previous scientific research results at numerous national and international scientific conferences and published them in journals of national and international importance. Her research interests include hospitality, gastronomy, gastronomy heritage, traditional food, and catering.
Dr. Maja Paunić is an assistant professor and the chair of gastronomy at the Department of Geography, Tourism, and Hotel Management, the Faculty of Sciences, University of Novi Sad and College of Professional Studies in Management and Business Communications in Novi Sad, Serbia. She completed her PhD from the University of Novi Sad in 2017. Then, she worked as an assistant at the Department of Geography, Tourism, and Hospitality, Faculty of Natural Sciences, University of Novi Sad, till 2022. As a researcher, she has been engaged in several scientific and research projects concerning food in agriculture and gastronomy. She has presented the results of her previous scientific research at numerous national and international scientific conferences and published in journals of national and international importance. Her research interests pertain to the fields of hospitality, gastronomy, food service, and catering.
