Hyesu Park holds a Ph.D. and M.A. in Management of Technology and earned a B.C. in Consumer Information Science and International Trade from Konkuk University. She is currently an assistant professor in the Department of Management of Technology at Konkuk University. Her research interests include entrepreneurship, start-up ventures, technology innovation, and intellectual property analysis.

Minjeong Baek is an Associate Research Professor at KAIST. She holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration with a specialization in Management Information Systems. Her research focuses on youth entrepreneurship education, and she has received the Excellent Conference Paper Award twice from the Korean Society of Industrial and Academic Technology. In 2021, she was honored with the Minister of Education Award for her contributions to secondary vocational education in South Korea.

Chaewon Lee is a Professor in the Department of Business Administration at Seoul National University of Science and Technology, South Korea. Her research focuses on innovation in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and entrepreneurship education. She has previously served as the Provost of International Affairs at her university, where she played a pivotal role in fostering global academic collaborations. Dr. Lee’s work has been widely published in esteemed journals, including the Journal of Small Business Management (JSBM), Business Horizons, and R&D Management. In addition to her academic endeavors, she has extensive experience as a consultant, advising organizations on innovation strategies and entrepreneurial development.
