Dr. Jonathan A.C. Roques is a researcher at the Department of Biological and Environmental Sciences and SWEMARC, the Swedish mariculture research center at the University of Gothenburg (Sweden). He completed his PhD studies in Biology at Radboud University Nijmegen (The Netherlands). He recently became the leader/coordinator of the MARTINIS project. He has published 32 papers in various journals as of November 2024. His teaching disciplines include biology, physiology, and aquaculture, and his interests include aquaculture, fish physiology and welfare, and recirculating aquaculture systems filtering technologies.
