Professor of Methodology of Behavioral Sciences at the University of La Laguna (ULL), and until this year and since the beginning of the Associated Center of La Laguna, tutor of the UNED. Her lines of research are Intellectual Abilities, Gender and Program Evaluation. In methodology, she has specialized in observational, qualitative and mixed methodology (Mixed Method Research). She directs three programs for high-ability students: PIPAC, DISCOVERING SCIENCE and ATENEA-ULL. She is a member of the Aula Cultural de Altas Capacidades of the ULL and directs the journal Talento, Inteligencia y Creatividad (TALINCREA). She coordinates the International Network of Research, Intervention and Evaluation in High Intellectual Abilities, which brings together experts in the area of Europe and America. She has supervised eleven doctoral theses and is currently supervising two, plus two that are starting this year. In addition, each year she tutors several final degree and master's theses.
