Dr. Narayana Maharana, B.Sc., MBA, M.Com., is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Studies at GVP College of Engineering (Autonomous) in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India. Holding the prestigious UGC NET (JRF) in Management and UGC NET in Commerce, he showcases a deep understanding and mastery of these fields. With over eight years of dedicated teaching experience, he is committed to providing high-quality education in postgraduate courses in Management and related subjects. His passion for research is evident through his active participation in numerous Faculty Development Programmes and frequent presentations at national and international conferences. He has published over 20 articles in esteemed journals indexed in UGC CARE, Scopus, ABDC and Web of Science. He has also authored nine chapters in edited books. His scholarly contributions highlight his dedication to research and academia.

CMA (Dr.) Ashok Panigrahi is a seasoned academician currently working as an Associate Professor of Finance at Mukesh Patel School of Technology Management and Engineering, NMIMS University, Shirpur. Being a First-Rank holder in M.Com, he holds an MBA, PGDBA, Ph.D., and D.Litt. in Finance. He is a qualified Cost and Management Accountant (FCMA) from The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI). Having published more than a hundred research papers on finance, economics, business management, banking, etc., he has also chaired and participated in more than fifty conferences and seminars during his academic career spanning over two decades. Currently, he is serving as an editorial board member as well as a reviewer of many national and international journals. His areas of research interest include Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Financial Economics, etc.

Dr. Suman Kalyan Chaudhury (MBA, M.Com, Ph.D, D.Litt) is a distinguished faculty member of the Department of Business Administration of NAAC  Graded Berhampur University in the State of Odisha, India. He is a versatile teacher with areas of interest in Finance & Accounts as the core management subjects. He has produced eleven Ph.D scholars in Management and is a renowned author who has written 8 books and edited 46 volumes published by reputed publishing houses.  Added to this, he has published around 250 articles in various national and international journals of repute in academia. At present, he has developed and published 3 patents in the areas of HR and Finance. To his credit, he has 24 years of teaching experience and 10 years of research experience. Dr. Chaudhury is a life Member of All Odisha Commerce Association, All India Commerce Association and All India Accounting Association. As a person, he is very much accessible to all and very amicable with students and colleagues alike.

Dr. Minal Uprety is a Ph. D.  & M. Sc. in Statistics and MBA in Operations Management. Currently, she is working as an Associate Professor at Prestige Institute of Management & Research, Indore. In her professional career spanning of more than 18 years, she has taught at various renowned institutes/universities of various parts of the country, namely ITM University, Raipur, Kirloskar Institute of Management, Pune, and ICFAI, to name a few. Her research interests are Supply Chains, Service Quality, Statistics, Sustainability, and Operations Management. She was also a registered Ph. D. supervisor, and one scholar has also been awarded under her supervision. She is also certified in Tableau Desktop Specialist, Statistical Analysis using R, Lean Management. She also holds a Black Belt in Six Sigma. Dr. Minal has conducted training programmes as a resource person at various branches of TATA Motors for 10 batches on Data Science & Data Visualization. She was also a resource person in various workshops, FDPs, certification courses and webinars in Data Analytics, Research Methodology using SPSS, Statistical Analysis using Excel and in Operations domain at various institutes and universities. She has published various papers in ABDC category, Scopus, UGC Care, other peer reviewed journals and ISBN books of national and international repute.

Dr. PRATIBHA BARIK, currently working as an Assistant Professor at ICFAI University, Raipur, has a Ph.D in management, M.Phil, M.B.A, NET (HR). She completed her Ph.D on “Impact of Work Life Balance on Performance of Marketing Executives with Reference to Public and Private Sector Insurance Companies in Chhattisgarh”. Her Research Interests include Work-Life Balance policies and practices, Gender Equality, and Adolescent Girls. She has 10 years of teaching experience and 5 years of corporate experience. She has participated for 45 days in the Faculty Development Programme-Module-1 from IIM, Ahemedabad, undergone one month of FTP at ICFAI, Hyderadab and attended a 10-day Research Methodology workshop organised by ICSSR. She has published 18 papers in Scopus, ABDC ‘C’ grade and UGC Care listed journals. She has participated in 17 national and international conference/seminars (Abu Dhabi Univeristy, IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Bodhgaya, MDI Murshidabad). She has been invited as a guest speaker by the Department of Commerce, Govt. Girls College, Sehore and Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidayalaya, Bilaspur. She has held certified workshops in HR analytics, mediation, moderation and conditional process, marketing research analysis, analysis with SPSS and Power BI.

CMA (Dr.) Pushparaj Kulkarni is currently working as a full-time assistant professor at “Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Management Studies & Research”, Nagpur. His areas of research interest include the field of commerce and management and more specifically focusing on financial management (corporate finance, financial institutions and markets).
