Loo-See Beh received her PhD in Training Management from Universiti Putra Malaysia. She is currently a professor with IMU University, Kuala Lumpur, and an Honorary Professor at Universiti Malaya. Previously, she was a professor with Universiti Malaya and brings over two decades of research, teaching, and learning experience and leadership in the higher education sector. Her research topics include but are not limited to management, human resources, public administration, smart cities and technologies, knowledge management, leadership, and socio-political studies. She has published extensively in many top-tier ranked journals.
