Prof. Dr. Konrad A. Szychowski is head of the Department of Biotechnology and Cell Biology at the University of Information Technology and Management in Rzeszow. He completed his PhD studies in Biology at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków and has been awarded numerous scientific awards. He has published 80 papers in various journals and serves as a member of the Polish Pharmacological Society, Polish Society of Reproductive Biology, and Neurotoxicity Society. His teaching disciplines include genetics, cell biology, and microbiology, and his interests include xenobiotics, antioxidants, elastin-derived peptides, toxicity, and apoptosis.
