Andrzej Rybak received an M.S. degree in Technical Physics (2001) and a Ph.D. degree in Polymer Science (2006) from the Lodz University of Technology. He was involved in many projects concerning organic semiconductors and their application in the optoelectronic devices. After postdoctoral positions at INSA Lyon and University Lyon 1 in the field of conductive polymer composites, in 2009, he joined the ABB Corporate Technology Center in Krakow, where he is focused on the development of advanced materials for future sustainable electrification products.
