Prof. Jianhua Chen received his bachelor’s degree in 1993, master’s in 1996, and Ph.D in 1999 from Central South University. From 2003 to now, he has been a professor and doctoral supervisor at Guangxi University. He was a visiting scholar at Luleå University of Technology in Sweden from 2002 to 2003. He is a member of the Ore Dressing Academic Committee of the China Nonferrous Metals Society, a member of the Resources Committee of China Mining Association, a member of the Ore Dressing Committee of the China Mining Association, a member of the Ore Dressing Branch Committee of the China Metal Society, a member of the Professional Committee of Clean Utilization of Vanadium Resources of the China Nonferrous Metals Society, a member of the Editorial Board of Mineral Protection and Utilization, and a member of the Expert Committee of the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance. He is a reviewer for more than ten international journals, including Langmuir, J. Phys. Chem. C, Appl. Surf. Sci., J. Ind. Eng. Chem., Int. J. Miner Process, Miner Eng., etc. His main research direction is mineral flotation theory and reagents.
