Author Biographies

Doo Nam Kim received his PhD with his computational protein design research in 2016. He later worked as a postdoctoral researcher, automating the molecular dynamics-based atomic structure fitting into cryo-EM maps. To accelerate progress for diverse research communities, he developed high-throughput pipelines for executing and analyzing state-of-the-art protein--ligand complex prediction and design programs, as well as cryo-EM data processing tools. His current research projects include peptide and enzyme design.
