Prof. Dr. Di Tian received B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees of Science from Anhui Normal University, in 2010 and 2013, and a Ph.D. degree from Peking University in 2017. From 2017 to 2020, she was a lecturer at the School of Life Sciences at Capital Normal University. From 2020 to 2021, she was a postdoctoral fellow at Swiss Federal Institute of Technology. Since August 2021, she has been a young researcher at the College of Forestry at Beijing Forestry University. Her research interests mainly focus on global change ecology, including impacts of environmental change on terrestrial ecosystems—phenomena; mechanisms; and applications (forests, grasslands, and farmlands).
