Zijie Lu is a Master's degree student majoring in Public Health and Preventive Medicine at Hangzhou Medical College, with research interests in food hygiene. She is currently doing her practical training at the Department of Nutrition and Food Safety of the Zhejiang Center for Disease Control and Prevention.
Biao Zhou is a Medical Doctor, Professor, and chief Physician. He works at the Nutrition and Food Safety Department, Zhejiang Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China. Dr. Zhou graduated from Zhejiang University School of Public Health and obtained a Ph.D. in 2011. His research interests include epidemiology, nutrition, and food hygiene. Part-time jobs held thus far include Vice President of Zhejiang Nutrition Society, Secretary General of Zhejiang Nutrition Society, Deputy Director of Registered Dietitian Working Committee of Zhejiang Nutrition Society, and Executive Deputy Director of Zhejiang Pathogenic Microorganisms Laboratory Testing and Quality Control Center.
