Author Biographies

Noga Agmon holds a BA (Cum-Laude) (1998) in Statistics and Geography from Haifa University and MSc (2001) in Quality and Reliability Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. She has worked in the industry for 2.5 decades and has vast experience in senior management for integrated Quality Management Systems, in leading and advanced technology companies, including management of quality systems in mega-projects, leading professional teams in Standards Compliance, Quality Engineering, System and Software QA, Quality Control, and Reliability and Safety. In addition, she is employed as an expert consulter for Quality and Processes Management in advanced technology companies. Currently, Noga has returned to the academy and is working on a PhD from Ariel university, in the department of Industrial Engineering and Management, in the areas of Quality Management Systems in global organizations, System of Systems (Systems Engineering) and systems approaches.
Dr. Sigal Kordova is an industrial engineering and management engineer with B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. degrees from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology. She was the head of the Project Management Track, Management of Technology Faculty at HIT, Holon Institute of Technology. Currently, she heads the Systems Engineering Track in the Master’s degree program at the Department of Industrial Engineering & Management at Ariel University. Her research areas are systems thinking in systems engineering, systems of systems, and project management.
