Prof. Dr. Chun Cui is a professor at the School of Food Science and Engineering, South China University of Technology. He received a B.S. in Food Engineering from Zhejiang Gongshang University in 2000. He received an M.S. and a Ph.D. in Food Engineering from South China University of Technology in 2002 and 2006, respectively. He is the director of the Guangdong Special Enzyme Engineering Technology Research Center. He is also a member of the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT). He was selected as one of the world's top 2% scientists in the field of food in 2021 and 2022, respectively. He has published more than 200 high-level papers, including more than 100 papers in SCI (EI). He is mainly engaged in research on food biotechnology and deep processing of proteins.
