Prof. Dr. Alzenira da Rosa Abaide is a professor at the Department of Electromechanics and Power Systems (DESP), Federal University of Santa Maria, Santa Maria, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. She received her Dr. Eng. degree from Federal University of Santa Maria, Santa Maria, in 2005. She was an Engineer from 1986 to 1988 in the State Company of Electric Energy. She has been a professor and researcher at Federal University of Santa Maria since 1989. Her research interests include electric mobility and distribution systems.
