Dr. Siqi Yang earned a Ph.D. in physical geography from Beijing Normal University. She is currently a lecturer in the Department of Environmental Ecology Engineering at China University of Geosciences (Beijing). Her work in environmental ecology and sustainability has resulted in 12 SCI publications with nearly 500 citations. Her research interests focus on climate change, human activities, ecosystem services, and biodiversity conservation.
