Jiun-Horng Tsai is a Professor in the Department of Environmental Engineering at the National Cheng Kung University, Tainan, Taiwan. He holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the National Taiwan University. He was a Visiting Professor at the Kyoto University (2011), the University of Nottingham (2006), and a Visiting Scholar at the South Coast Air Quality Management District/SCAQMD (2000). He is also a member of the Chinese Institute of Environmental Engineering. His research interests include Hazardous Air Pollutant Risk Assessment and Management, Measurement of Nanoparticles and Trace Air Pollutants, Air Pollution Control Technology (Odorous Gases), Air Pollution Dispersion, Monitoring, Sampling Analysis and Assessment, and Mobile Source Air Pollution Prevention and Control.
Hung-Lung Chiang graduated from the Department of Environmental Engineering at the National Cheng Kung University and received his B.S. and M.S. He completed his Ph.D. at National Taiwan University. He is now a Professor and Dean of the Department of Safety Health and Environmental Engineering at the National Yunlin University of Science and Technology, and he works in air quality management and air pollution control. Before his current appointment, he was a Professor at the Department of Occupational Safety and Health/Department of Health Risk Management, China Medical University, and an Assistant Professor/Associate Professor at the Department of Environmental Engineering and Science, Fooyin University.
