Prof. Linghao Cheng graduated from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China with a bachelor's degree in optoelectronics technology in 2000 and received his Ph.D. in Communications Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Sing.
Dr. Tianfang Zhang obtained his bachelor's degree from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 2015 and his PhD from Jinan University in 2024.
