Dr. Nut Palachai received his Ph.D. in Neuroscience from the Department of Physiology, Faculty of Medicine, Khon Kaen University in 2020 and has since specialized in neuroscience, physiology, and functional foods. He worked as a researcher at the Integrative Complementary Alternative Medicine Research and Development Center, Research Institute for Human High Performance and Health Promotion, Khon Kaen University, from August 2015 to November 2020. In December 2020, he joined Mahasarakham University and was promoted to Assistant Professor in 2023. His research primarily focuses on functional foods, neurodegeneration, and the development of functional ingredients for neuroprotective therapies.
