Shuqi Wang, IEEE Member, received a B.E. degree in Communication Engineering in 1996, an M.S. degree in Communication and Information Systems in 2006, and a Ph.D. degree in Safety Technology and Engineering in 2009, all from Xi'an University of Science and Technology. From 2017 to 2018, he was a visiting scholar with the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science, University of North Carolina at Pembroke, NC, USA. His research interests include computational electromagnetics and wireless communication techniques in coal mine tunnels.
