Prof. Junmei Li works at the Beijing Key Laboratory of Green Built Environment and Energy-Efficient Technology, Beijing University of Technology, Beijing China. She received a BSc degree from Beihang University in 1990, MSc degree from Xi'an Jiaotong Univeristy in 1994, and she completed her PhD
studies at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2004. She has presided over a National Natural Foundation of China (NSFC) project—Research on Smoke Diffusion Law and Smoke Control Technology in Complex Structure Urban Underground Roadway. In addition, she is a senior member of the China
Refrigeration Society, a member of the China Fire Protection Society and a member of the Beijing Refrigeration Society. Her research interests include building fire safety and energy efficiency in buildings.
Prof. Yanfeng Li is a professor at the Beijing Key Laboratory of Green Built Environment and Energy-Efficient Technology, Beijing University of Technology. He completed his PhD studies at Xi’an Jiaotong University in 1999. In 2018, he was honored as an individual “Role Model of Virtue” at Beijing University of Technology. Currently, he is the executive director of the Engineering Fire Protection Technology
Branch of the China Civil Engineering Society and the director of the Comprehensive Building Fire Protection Technology Branch of the Architectural Society of China. His research interests include fire safety technology for urban underground spaces and buildings and green building energy-saving technology based on building control.
