Mei-Hua Hsih received her M.S. in the Department of Business Administration at Soochow University, Taipei, Tawan, in 2007 and a Ph.D. from the Graduate Institute of Design Science, Tatung University, Taipei, Taiwan, in 2018. She is now an Associate Professor in the Department of Product Design, School of Arts and Design of Sanming University, Fujian, China. Her research topics mainly include customer service design and human-machine interactive design.

Jian-Xin Yang received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Tatung University, Taipei, Taiwan, in 2017 and 2019. His research interests include image processing, natural language processing, and deep learning. After graduation, he worked at QSAN Technology Inc. until now. He is a senior, full-stack, and application engineer in QSAN and is familiar with automated testing, full-end application development, RAID systems, Linux application development, and architecture design. Chen-Chiung Hsieh received his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees from the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering, National Chiao Tung University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 1986, 1988, and 1992. From 1992 to 2004, he was a Vice Director of the Institute for Information Industry (III). From 2004 to 2006, he was a Senior Director at Acer Inc. He is a full professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Tatung University, Taipei, Taiwan. His research is mainly focused on image and multimedia processing.
