Jisheng Liu is an Associate Professor at the School of Life
Sciences at Guangzhou University. He is a high-level talent in Guangzhou and a
Pearl River Rising Star in Science and Technology. He graduated from South China Normal University with a Bachelor
of Science degree and a Master of Science degree in Life Sciences. He completed
his Ph.D. studies in Applied Biological Sciences at Ghent University. His
research interests include innate immunity and RNA interference (RNAi) in model
insects, such as Bombyx mori and Tribolium casteneum.
