Hakan Can ALTUNAY received the Ph.D. degree from the Department of Computer Engineeering, Karabük University, Karabük, Turkiye, in 2023. He is currently a lecturer in the Çarşamba Chamber of Commerce Vocational School, Ondokuz Mayıs University. His current research interests information security and reliability, network security, artificial intelligence, computer learning, and Pattern recognition.

Zafer ALBAYRAK received the Ph.D. degree from the Department of Computer Science, Sakarya University, Sakarya, Türkiye, in 2014. He is currently an associate professor in the Department of Computer Engineering, Sakarya University of Applied Sciences. His current research interests include wireless networks and network security.
