Cheolhee Yoon earned a BS degree in software engineering (2004) from Hansung University and an MS degree from the Digital Forensic Department at Korea University (2006). His first PhD in technology policy was from Yonsei University (2023), and his second PhD in AI security was from Yonsei University (2024). He is now a researcher in the Police Science Institute at the Korean National Police University. His research interests include autonomous vehicles, cyber-security, machine learning, and data drifting.
Seongsoo Cho earned, from the Kwangwoon University, a PhD in electronic engineering (major in multimedia contents) (2010). He is now a research professor of Soonsil University. His work has resulted in over 100 journal publications, presentations, and lectures; he is also the chairman of the Board of Directors of ICT-Advanced Engineering Society (ICT-AES). His research interests include computer networks, wireless sensor networks, digital contents, ubiquitous computing, mobile robotics, mobile control system, artificial intelligence, IoT device and system, ICT-convergence systems, and computing security and systems.
Yeonwoo Lee earned, from the Korea University, a BS in electronic engineering (1992), an MS (1994) and a PhD in electronic engineering (major in telecommunication engineering) (2000). He is now a professor of the Department of Artificial Intelligence Engineering, Mokpo National University. His work in telecommunication, smart grids, and optimization algorithms has resulted in over 60 SCIE journal publications; he is an IEEE senior member, a KICS lifelong member, and the chairman of the ICT-Advanced Engineering Society. His research interests include artificial intelligence, optimization algorithms, resource management in smart-grid networks, wireless mobile telecommunication networks, sensor networks, and cognitive radio systems.
