Mohamed Koubàa is an associate professor at the École Nationale d’Ingénieurs de Tunis (ENIT) within the Information and Communication Technology Department, Tunisia. He completed his undergraduate studies at the École Supérieure des Communications (Sup’Com) in Tunis in 2001. He went on to earn an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science with honors in 2002 and obtained a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Networks from Télécom Paris, France, in 2005. In 2017, he was awarded his Habilitation from ENIT in Tunis. He also serves on the program committee for various IEEE and IFIP conferences. His research interests include network planning and modeling, as well as resource allocation in cloud service provider data centers.
