Prof. Dr. Hui Hong Chen received an M.S. degree in operational research and a Ph.D. degree in management science and engineering from the National University of Defense Technology, Changsha, China, in 1994 and 2007, respectively. He is currently a professor with the College of System Engineering, National University of Defense Technology. His research interests include information systems, cloud computing, and information retrieval.
