Vasile Paul Bresfelean received his BS degree in Business Information Systems from Babes-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca, Romania, in 2003, his MSc degree in Business Information Systems and Information Society from Babes-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca, in 2004, and his PhD degree in Cybernetics and Statistics from Babes-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca, in 2008. From 2008 to 2011, he was an assistant lecturer, and then since 2011, he has been a principal lecturer with the Business Information Systems department, Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, Babes-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca. He was the manager of four national research grants and an active member of eight national grants and four applied research contracts. He is the author and co-author of educational and scientific books as well as several international and national publications. Some of his main fields of interest and didactic activities include data mining, ERP systems, databases, decision support systems, e-learning, etc.
Calin-Adrian Comes received his B.S. degree in Business Information Systems from Babes-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca, Romania, in 2000, and his Ph.D. degree in Cybernetics and Statistics from
Babes-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca, in 2012. In 2000, he was an assistant lecturer, then starting in 2004, he was a principal lecturer with the Economic Department, and since 2014, he has been an associate professor in the Faculty of Economics and Law, at "George Emil Palade" University of Medicine, Pharmacy, Science, and Technology, Targu-Mures, Romania. He was an active member of 10 national grants, 2 international grants, and 5 applied research contracts. Since 2019, he has been an institutional director of the Center for Studies in Law, Economics and Business at "George Emil Palade" University of
Medicine, Pharmacy, Science, and Technology, Targu-Mures, Romania. He is the author and co-author of scientific books and several papers in international journals. His main fields of interest and didactic activities include NLP, data mining, SQL and NoSQL databases, fractional calculus, and programming (Python, R, STATA, and bash).
