Dr. Ramazan Ozkan YILDIZ is an Assistant Professor specializing in Maritime Transportation and Management. He holds a PhD in Maritime Transportation Engineering from Iskenderun Technical University and both BSc and MSc degrees in Maritime Business Administration from Dokuz Eylul University. His research focuses on spplychain management, HRM, talent management, organizational behavior, logistics management, and port management, with a particular emphasis on sustainability in the maritime and logistics industries.Dr. YILDIZ's work addresses global challenges such as decarbonization and sustainable supply chain management, contributing innovative strategies to align environmental and business goals. He is an active participant in several academic projects, collaborating internationally on issues related to the blue economy, green shipping, and human rights at sea. Through his interdisciplinary research, he bridges the gap between academia and practice, offering practical insights that support sustainable and efficient maritime operations.
