Alain Massart is an assistant professor at the Faculty of Sport Sciences and Physical Education, University of Coimbra. He received a Licence in Education Physique/Physical Education in 1985 from Université Catholique de Louvain and a Bachelor (1st cycle) in Diététique/Dietetic in 1989 from Haute École de la Ville de Liège. He obtained the Doctor in Sciences et Techniques des Activités Physiques et Sportives/Sciences and Techniques of Physical and Sports Activities in 2011 from Université d’Orléans. He works in the areas of social sciences with an emphasis on educational sciences, social sciences with an emphasis on psychology, medical, and health sciences with an emphasis on health sciences with an emphasis on sport and fitness sciences, and medical and health sciences with an emphasis on health sciences with an emphasis on nutrition and dietetics.
