Associate Professor Janelle Gifford teaches sports nutrition in the Discipline of Exercise and Sport Science, Faculty of Medicine and Health at the University of Sydney. Janelle has a Bachelor of Science (Human Movement Science and Nutrition), Master of Science (Nutrition and Dietetics) and PhD in Biomedical Sciences. She has clinical expertise in sports dietetics and has worked with elite athletes, in private practice, with professional bodies, and consulting with industry. Janelle has over 100 publications in peer reviewed journals, book chapters and conference abstracts.
